Paulo Montt has ample experience in civil, commercial, regulatory and free competition arbitration and litigation. He was an associate at Claro y Cía. for five years, an associate at Ferrada Nehme for three years, and in charge of the litigation practice area at Ferrada Nehme between 2009 and 2015.
He received his law degree from the Universidad de Chile, and a Master of Laws degree from the University College London.
He is a professor of Civil Law at the Universidad de Chile, and an author of various articles on free competition and civil law. He currently serves as a counselor for the Bar Association for the 2017 – 2021 period.
