Gabriel del Río has ample experience in civil, commercial, criminal and administrative sanctioning litigation, as well as in foreign and domestic arbitration. He permanently presents oral arguments before higher courts such as the Court of Appeals of Santiago and the Supreme Court. He was an associate at Harasic y Lopez for over eight years, and an associate at Aninat Schwencke for two.
He is a graduated at Universidad de Chile, and Master of Laws (LL.M.) at New York University.
He has worked as professor for the department of Procedural Law at the Universidad Diego Portales.
